JOY A/W 2016

Hey guys! So a little while back I went to the Joy A/W 2016 press day to see the new pieces that will be on offer, from the women's collections, to the men's and a little sneak peek at homeware/gifts too.
I do love Joy and I have one just down the road from me and I always pop in to see what they've got, I just think it's always a great mix of clothes and then little books/fun homeware pieces to have a nosey around (I spotted a rose gold telephone the other day and I've never needed anything more in my life).
So back to the press day, I absolutely fell in love with some of the pieces and will definitely be keeping an eye out post-summer! I thought the easiest way to show you would just be to split them up into the different collections in an easy to scroll through post and give you a glimpse of what's to come!
Louche has such a broad range of different pieces, from neutrals and monochromes to out-there colourful dresses, but all of them have a really feminine theme running throughout which I love.
I fell in love with this coat as it makes a great change to black but still keeps a darker shade which we all know is my favourite.

Snack pit stop... yum!

Valley of the Dolls (love that name) is to me the funkiest of the collections, bringing in a lot more prints and textures but also maintaining that they are completely wearable at the same time. I loved going through these and can't wait to see more when they launch!

Last but not least from the women's collections is Joy, which is being released as the stores own brand of women's clothes and promises to be on trend, affordable and a lovely addition to the other existing collections!

Finally we have one of the men's collections which comes in the form of HYMN. I'll be honest I'm quite terrible at ever getting out of the women's section when I'm shopping so I had never come across this before, but I spotted so many things that I know would look great on guys and they're definitely up my boyfriend's street too.

...and finally the decor/gifts section, I highly recommend popping into store to see what you might come across, I personally enjoy it a little too much and see so many things that remind me of people and would make a great little gifts especially in the run up to the festive season.

So what do you guys think? has anything caught your eye?
Hope you liked this post and speak to you soon!
